Why We Built Legacy

Former energy workers spent their careers serving this country - often at significant cost to their health. The DOL White Card exists to make sure they receive the care they've earned. Legacy Home Health was built to make accessing that care as simple, dignified, and human as possible.

We combine skilled nursing oversight with compassionate daily support and bring it directly to your home. Our team works closely with your physician and your DOL documentation to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. From your first phone call to your ongoing care visits, we are here to make this feel manageable - and worthwhile.

Our registered nurses and care coordinators work directly with you and your physician to build a plan that fits your life. Care can range from periodic skilled nursing check-ins to more frequent daily visits depending on your needs. Family members are always welcome to be involved at every stage.
